For us, the best part of the day. Generally, you can go on TripAdvisor and find out where the most popular places are around the resort, either on or off the slopes, popular doesn't mean the best though! Prices can vary from €4.00 for a pint of local beer to €7.00
There are so many good apres bars in Morzine including the Tremplin Hotel with a huge outdoor area at the bottom of Pleney run. The Sherpa is slightly out of town but still good.
Haka Bar (in the centre of Morzine) is a popular choice, beers €4.00 per pint of local ale from 4pm - 6pm, beware, it gets busy around 5pm. O'Chalet just opposite Haka Bar has (in our opinion) better beer and you pay €4.00 per pint plus it's not as busy.
We found the wine prices pretty much the same all over and only €3.50 per small glass
and it was decent! Prosecco and Gin falls in at around €8.00 mark which again, is good.
We have put together a video here of the bars we went to last season, you may know of other, so do let us know.
Chez Roger deserves a special shout, cheesy crisps happy hour beers, COME ON!!
Hideout was our number one in the resort for food, beer and great vibes BUT do check out the other bars we went too and get in touch.
2019 - We'll be heading to Happy Hours Bar, The Cavern, Cafe Chaud and Inferno Bar to see what vibe is.
Did we mention the buses are free (with your lift pass)? You can move from one end of town to the other with ease.
